1. Nationwide Delivery Network
The Foggy guarantees fast, door-to-door courier delivery to all 64 districts and upazilas across Bangladesh in partnership with leading express logistics networks (Steadfast Courier, Pathao, RedX).
2. Delivery Charges & Timelines
Doorstep delivery within 24 to 48 hours.
Doorstep delivery within 2 to 4 business days.
3. Order Processing & Daily Dispatch
- Orders placed and confirmed before 4:00 PM on regular business days (Saturday to Thursday) are packed, inspected, and dispatched on the same day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on official government holidays will be dispatched on the next working morning.
4. Real-Time SMS & Live Tracking

Once your order is handed over to the courier partner, an automated SMS notification will deliver your tracking consignment number. You can monitor the real-time location and status of your parcel at any time via our Order Tracking Page.
5. Parcel Handover & Inspection Protocol
- Please check the outer safety packaging before paying the delivery rider (for Cash on Delivery orders).
- If the parcel appears opened, torn, or severely damaged in transit, photograph the package immediately and contact our helpline before receiving it.
- We strongly recommend recording a brief unboxing video as proof of initial package condition.
6. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders
Our courier partner will make up to 3 phone calls and delivery attempts. If the recipient cannot be contacted or fails to accept delivery without valid cause, the parcel is returned to our warehouse. Re-dispatch will require pre-payment of courier fees.
